PROCESSING

Shipping time is after the order has moved through the processing time. Processing time is 5 - 10 business days depending on stock and the influx of orders.
We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays. If you order on Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped out within 2-10 business days. Once you have placed your order we cannot revise or alter shipping options. After receiving an order confirmation, shipping activity will become available after 24-48 hrs. We do not ship to PO boxes. We do not refund shipping charges. All packages are delivered with USPS (sometimes we may use UPS)

SHIPPING COST
Our shipping is calculated based on item weight and the price will be reflected in the cart during the checkout process. Please be advised that our glass candles weigh over 1 lb. and shipping costs may be higher.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
​
We currently do not offer international shipping. We will offer this in the future.
International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service First-Class Package International Service® and can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Please note that some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties.

We are not responsible for products damaged in shipping, misdirected, or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Bennett Square LLC’s control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport.

We are not responsible for packages that are sent back due to missing apt. number, etc. You will have to pay for reshipment.
The customer agrees to hold Bennett Square LLC d/b/a SquareB Luxe harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the product purchased.
