Hey! I’m Coach Jacora (D), founder of  Bennett Square LLC

My mentorship is not just “encouragement.” It’s about giving structure, standards, and a foundation, especially for girls who may not have seen that modeled clearly. I know the path because I’ve walked it and now I'm formalizing it for others.

About the Mentorship Program

BSMP Mentorship Program supports young girls and young women (ages 12–22) as they navigate important life transitions — from middle school to high school, college, and early adulthood.

These years shape identity, confidence, decision-making, and direction. Yet many young people are expected to figure out major life choices without consistent guidance, structured support, or a safe space to process what they’re experiencing.

Bennett Square Mentorship Program provides that steady presence.

At its core, this mentorship helps participants build a strong foundation — emotionally, mentally, and practically, so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

For parents, this means added support during formative years.
For participants, this means having someone in their corner who listens, guides, and challenges them to grow.

Why This Mentorship Exists

I started this mentorship because I understand how easy it is for a young person to lose direction—even when there are role models around.

I had examples in my life. I had people who cared. But like many young girls, I still found myself navigating important years without consistent guidance or close mentorship. My mother was working hard, doing her best, and there were moments when I needed more structure, more conversation, and more support than was available.

Without that steady presence, it’s easy to get pulled into the wrong environments, make decisions without perspective, or move through life reacting instead of choosing intentionally.

Foundations was created to be that steady presence.

Not to replace parents.
Not to criticize the past.
But to provide consistent guidance, accountability, and support during formative years — when identity, confidence, and direction are still being shaped.

I believe that when young girls have access to structured mentorship, honest conversations, and someone who sees their potential clearly, they move differently. They make decisions with more awareness. They trust themselves sooner. They avoid detours that come from confusion or isolation.

This mentorship is not about perfection. It’s about clarity, accountability, and building the confidence to make informed decisions. This Mentorship is not about having all the answers. It’s about helping young people feel safe enough to ask questions, gain clarity, and build a foundation that supports their future.

This mentorship exists to offer that clarity and steadiness, so no one has to figure everything out alone.

The Approach

This Mentorship Program blends three key elements:

Guidance and Structure
Participants receive clear, grounded guidance and support with academic planning, college preparation, career exploration, goal setting, decision-making, and life skills. Conversations are practical, age-appropriate, and forward-focused.

Strategy and Perspective

Participants learn how to evaluate choices, manage peer influence, build confidence, and develop strong decision-making habits. We work on mindset, self-awareness, and personal responsibility.

Care and Support
Just as important as strategy is safety. This is a space where participants can speak openly, ask questions, and be heard without judgment. Growth happens best in environments where encouragement and accountability exist together. This mentorship centers listening, encouragement, and emotional support—so participants feel seen, valued, and capable.

The goal is to support growth and development without pressure, judgment, or unrealistic expectations.

Who This Mentorship Is For

This mentorship is designed for:

  • Girls ages 12–17 who need encouragement, structure, and positive guidance

  • Young women ages 18–22 navigating college, career decisions, or early independence

  • Individuals who feel stuck, uncertain, or in need of clarity and direction

  • Parents seeking additional support for their daughters during formative years

Whether someone is just beginning to explore who they are or preparing for their next chapter, Foundations meets them where they are.

The Heart of the Work

My mentorship is about building, not fixing. Young women are not problems to solve. They are potential to develop.

Every participant already carries strengths, intelligence, and possibility. The work is about helping them recognize it, strengthen it, and move forward with confidence.

This mentorship is a commitment to community, legacy, and the belief that consistent mentorship can change the trajectory of a life.
