Holy Cow, IT. IS. POWERFUL. Like I am wordless, I took my time with working with this oil. You see I am Mexican and we have a belief that if your left knee is hurt suddenly it is because you've been hexed. I have rubbed this oil along with a healing and uncrossing oils. And the first day I felt a pull, it startled me, like muscles being put right. And didn't do it for a few days since it was that kind of shocking but, when I did it for several days for the next four days I continued to have the pull again and again but, with a lesser dramatic effect and now I can bend my knee again without pain. I have been working for a while to take away what someone had put on me, but I guess I wasn't done, I am still growing my craft and I am by no means a professional, but the Oil works if you put the work for it. Be consistent!
